Shampoo:

1. Apply a small amount to wet hair, massage until it lathers, and rinse well. For an intensive treatment, apply a second time, massage thoroughly, and leave on for two to three minutes before rinsing thoroughly
2. Divide hair into sections and, starting from the nape of the neck, apply the laminating mask with a brush. Massage strand by strand and comb through. Cover with a plastic cap and leave on for ten minutes under a heat source, then rinse
