Return and Refund Policy

At Trendy Hair, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If you are not satisfied or simply change your mind, you have a 14-day period to withdraw from the contract and return the products, in accordance with consumer and e-commerce regulations (Article 71 of the TRLGDCU).

1. Term and right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason. This period begins upon receipt of the item.

2. Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unopened (in the case of sealed products), with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Procedure

To initiate a return, please email returns@trendyhair.com , including your order number and the items you wish to return. Once your request is accepted, we will send you a shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns will not be accepted without a prior request .

4. Collection cost

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly. The current rates are €3.95 for shipments from the Peninsula and €4.95 for shipments to the Balearic Islands.

5. Defective or erroneous products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will assess the problem and, if applicable, cover the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or full refund.

6. Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Unsealed cosmetics or other personal hygiene products for health and hygiene reasons.

• Customized or custom-made products.

• Dangerous goods , flammable liquids or gases.

• Gift cards and products purchased on promotion or final offer.

7. Changes

If you wish to exchange an item, you must process it as a return and place a new order.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will inform you if the refund has been approved. If so, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of notification, using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof of their return.
