1. Seller identification
The owner of the website www.trendyhair.com is TRENDY HAIR, SL , with CIF B‑65567208 , registered office at Camí Elena, 3, 08339 Vilassar de Dalt (Barcelona) and contact email info@trendyhair.com . Trendy Hair is responsible for the sale of the products marketed on the website and for customer service.
2. Access and account
This site is intended for individuals over the age of 18. If you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
3. Product information
We strive to display accurate images and descriptions of our products. Minor differences may occur due to your device settings. Product availability, descriptions, and presentation may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit product sales due to availability, logistics, or regulatory compliance.
4. Order and formation of the contract
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products. The sales contract is concluded when Trendy Hair sends you an order confirmation email after receiving payment. If an item is unavailable or we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and refund any amounts paid.
5. Prices, billing and payments
The prices shown on the website include applicable value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs and other additional costs, if applicable, will be indicated before completing the purchase. Prices and promotions may be updated at any time. You must provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the charge of the order amount. Payment is processed through secure payment gateways; Trendy Hair does not store full credit card numbers.
6. Shipping and delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver the goods without undue delay and within a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. Estimated delivery times for each destination will be indicated during the purchasing process.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. If the consumer arranges for transport at their own expense through a carrier not recommended by Trendy Hair, the risk passes to the carrier upon delivery. Trendy Hair is responsible for the goods until their delivery.
If we fail to meet the agreed deadline, the consumer may demand compliance or terminate the contract in accordance with Article 66 bis of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU). We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure, although we will inform you and arrange reasonable alternatives.
7. Right of withdrawal (returns)
In accordance with consumer regulations, consumers who purchase remotely or off-premises have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. This period begins upon delivery of the goods. To exercise this right, simply notify us of your decision (for example, by email). We provide a withdrawal form.
The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of communicating their decision. Trendy Hair will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery charges, without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days of notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until proof of their return is provided.
The consumer will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless Trendy Hair has assumed them or has not informed the consumer that they are responsible for these costs. The consumer will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, or functioning.
The right of withdrawal will not apply to certain products and services, including but not limited to: personalized items, goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed (e.g., cosmetics), audio or video recordings and software sealed once unsealed, digital content supplied without physical support where performance has begun with the consumer's express consent, and other cases provided for in Article 103 of the TRLGDCU.
8. Warranties and conformity
All new goods sold by Trendy Hair are covered by a minimum legal warranty of three years from delivery. For secondhand products purchased from a professional, the warranty can be agreed upon but cannot be less than one year. Tangible goods with digital content or services have a minimum legal warranty of two years.
Any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of a new product is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise. In the event of a lack of conformity, you may request, free of charge, the repair or replacement of the product within a reasonable timeframe. If repair or replacement is not feasible or disproportionate, you may request a price reduction or termination of the contract. These guarantees do not affect your statutory rights.
9. Intellectual and industrial property
All website content (brands, logos, text, images, videos, designs, etc.) is the property of Trendy Hair, SL or third parties with whom it has obtained a license. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or any use for commercial purposes is prohibited without the express authorization of the owner. Users may view and obtain a private copy of the content for personal and private use.

In the case of relationships with business owners or professionals, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
