Preparation: Wash hair with our deep-cleansing shampoo to remove residue and promote cuticle opening. Leave on for 3–5 minutes. Repeat if necessary. Rinse partially and dry hair to 80–90%.

Application: Divide hair into sections. Wearing gloves, apply the straightening cream strand by strand, distributing it evenly with a fine-toothed comb and avoiding direct contact with the scalp.

Processing Time: Leave on for 30 to 60 minutes, depending on hair diagnosis.

Rinsing: Once the processing time is complete, rinse partially with lukewarm water until excess product is removed. Pre-rinsing is an essential part of the protocol, as the straightening is set during the thermal phase. The more it is rinsed, the lower the intensity, depending on the desired result.

Drying: Dry hair 100%, aligning the hair fiber with a nozzle or brush.

Thermal sealing (flat iron): Divide hair into fine sections. Flat iron each strand 5 to 7 times, adjusting the temperature according to hair type, between 180 and 200 °C. Proper temperature selection is key for the effectiveness and safety of the treatment.

Finishing: Rinse thoroughly to remove all product and finish according to professional judgment.

The CHÏO mask helps normalize hair after the straightening treatment. Its components contribute to restructuring, shaping, and polishing processes.

Proceed with styling. Don't forget to apply hair perfume at the end.

CHÏO Pistachio's main ingredients include pistachio oil, rich in fatty acids and vitamins A and E. It helps seal cuticles, provides intense shine and protection against external aggressions, and reduces water loss from the hair fiber, leaving hair aligned and non-dry after the procedure.


The oil's natural film-forming action improves light reflection on aligned cuticles, intensifying shine and providing a velvety feel. It also acts as a support for thermal protection, reducing heat friction during drying and straightening.


The smoothing effect is achieved through the combined action of controlled heat, fiber alignment, and the sealing of proteins and amino acids on the cuticle. It is not a chemical relaxer and does not permanently modify the disulfide bonds of the hair.
